I really wanted to like this tool. I tried a subscription tool from AppSumo last year. I just went through a review of all our subscriptions and realized I could use a tool like this.

And, I just don't get the logic of the design of this tool.

I can choose different colors for subscriptions. I can choose different categories. And I'm not sure how to optimize that. And there aren't examples for me to see. And c'mon, it's not hard to figure out what I want to see about my subscriptions.

I want a list of ALL my subscriptions that shows:
1. The service
2. Whether it's business or personal
3. The payment
4. How often it repeats (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).
5. What account I'm paying from.

I can't get that in this tool.

Sure, I can choose all those. But I can't display one list showing all my subscriptions and all those characteristics. I have to choose one category to view. And then the list doesn't show the account I'm paying from unless I drill down into the subscription.

Are you kidding me?

I'll make an Excel sheet. It's all be in one place. Done.
