* If someone theoretically chooses Tier 1 can they still buy credits for $1.20/credit?
(I suspect that's the case, which is much more positive than my negative first impression that it's a useless tier, existing only to push people to $119+).
* From your experience, can this product help with YouTube ads? I'm wondering if I can simply use it for hooks that will appeal to an audience?
* If I don't have a channel/audience, can I use a third party channel as a placeholder?

I definitely wouldn't consider Tier 1 useless. Ideation Chat is insanely powerful all on its own, and I am days away from another big update to make it even more useful for analyzing niches and channels.
Subscribr could be helpful with YouTube ads, but keep in mind that it only generates long form scripts of 5+ minutes at the moment. Short form scripts are highly requested and it's likely this will be added sometime in the future.
Yes, you absolutely can use a third party channel as a placeholder.
