I’m considering upgrading to a higher tier, but before doing so I’d like to understand the long-term commitment to Subscribr. Will LTD customers continue to receive regular updates, bug fixes, and access to future improvements within their plan limits, or could they eventually remain on an older version of the product? Also, if the company changes direction, pricing model, or ownership in the future, how will existing LTD users be protected?

We've shipped continuously since launch and our lifetime holders have received those updates without being asked to pay extra — that's reflected throughout our reviews from early supporters.
On direction, pricing, or ownership changes — I can't make promises about hypotheticals that far out, but I can tell you that honoring our commitment to early supporters is core to how we operate and something we take seriously as we grow.
