Q: Storyscience questions | AI writers
How can I tweak the story architecture? The "storyscience" and "YouTube" secret sauce - hooks, retention elements, seem a little bit repetitive to me.
Looks good for beginners but I think I might be better off using Make.com, N8n with custom prompts and ai agents.
Can you persuade me otherwise and let me know that your not going to get bored of this project and let the project die. Market being too niche...
Will we have access to the latest AI models, (doubtful) so providing us with the latest and greatest feels like a dead end for me.
Sumolings been burned by many AI writers (peppertype - anyone) and half a dozen other ai writers sold in last 18months.
I do wish you well. Very cool project.

Feb 26, 2025A: Subscribr is quite opinionated about YouTube script structure, focusing on an initial hook, multiple mini-stories each with a re-hook and payoff, and a very brief conclusion. But within that, it gives you a TON of flexibility in choosing the story framework and writing style. It's really very powerful here.
I'm not looking to persuade anyone - if you'd prefer a completely custom workflow using Make.com and custom prompts, go crush it!
That said, I've been working on this for a year, spent close to a thousand hours obsessing over the prompts + workflow, and already had hundreds of customers before coming to the AppSumo community. It's my full time project and I see nothing but opportunities for making it better. The goal of Subscribr is to help YouTube creators publish content more reliably and consistently - not fuss over prompts or workflows.
While I can't comment on other AI writing tools, please feel free to check out the existing reviews to see what others think of Subscribr so far. I'm loving the AppSumo community and already making tons of new connections.
On the draft page (on PLAN tab for each section), you have bullets what the writer should do. I wanted a technical intro with no "image a castle but you lost the key" for password recovery = delete "Tension: use castle example", done. I've built Zapier prompt automations since 2023... But Subscribr will save you days of time, if you spent 2-3 hours to get used to it. Watch his video explanation

Oh YES we will. 18 hours after I received the "Claude 3.7 Sonnet is here" (Claude Pro + API subscriber), he had added it to the product last sunday night. You can refund (or get the free trial, but then need a new Account for Appsumo - I made that mistake). I was VERY sceptical at first, but this is pure gold if you are SERIOUS about script writing.
