Q: Team Member Limits?
Hello, after becoming a customer with the ability to have 10 team members, I invited one and we found out that a team member, they will only get 10 credits to use chat?
Is this right? It seems unreasonable as the admin can use the chat unlimited times and invested to be unlimited do so, but team members can only use it 10 times per month.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Feb 25, 2025A: Hi there, sorry for the trouble. Each person that signs up has their own team. But you can invite them to your team too. In this case it sounds like they may be looking at their own team and seeing the trial limits. Please instruct them to switch to your team using the menu at the top right of the screen. This should help - if not please contact me using the chat bubble in the app for assistance.
