Gil Hildebrand from Subscribr answered another user on May 14, 2025 and said: 1) There is not currently a way to set credit quotas for team members—you can make members read-only or limit them to specific channels, but you cannot assign per-user credit amounts. 2) Only admin users can buy credits (charged to the card on file); buying credits through the app is more expensive, so consider upgrading your AppSumo tier if you need more. 3) There are multiple user roles (see their docs for details). 4) No—integrations to auto-invite/connect users (Zapier/Make.com) aren’t available; Subscribr isn’t intended as a white‑label automated multi-client system. 5) You can use Subscribr to generate scripts (intros, conclusions, benefits) for tutorial videos, but you must provide research sources or your own step‑by‑step descriptions for the tool to create accurate instructions—combine Subscribr scripts with traditional screen recordings for demos.
