Best YouTube script writer ever and great ideation tool.
Imagine you just spent two hours creating your hook and intro for your new YouTube script with AI... But it still starts with "in today's modern times" and sounds as dull as a technical documentation for repairing your dishwasher.
If you are on a journey to perfect your YouTube scripts, try to hook the viewer in a way that sounds real and engaging — and still want your script to sound human and have a lot of detail, you are finally very close to the promised land.
It still takes some time to get used to Subscribr. But once you discover what it can do for you, it's like magic. I got a dozen other YouTube tools on AppSumo that create fancy titles that sound good at first impression, create a script from one keyword and read it with an AI voice (that sounds just as dull as the resulting script). But as you dig deeper and learn more about how YouTube works, you will learn you need better storytelling and better copywriting to cut true the clutter on the platform.
That's where Subscribr comes in. For me, it has three main benefits:
1.) It has a chat perfectly connected to YouTube: I ask it for a specific competitor video in just seven words (best performing vid on XYZ from @channel) and it
a.) finds that video on a channel with 600 videos. b.) Extracts the Thumbnail, View count, duration, and age of the video. And c.) helps me to analyze the content.
d.) I can do this with several videos I paste or several channels that I want to analyze, so I have the data summarized on one screen in less than 60 seconds.
Could I do this myself on YouTube? Of course, with a "little" more time and frustration. With one other tool like 1of10 + Several minutes of searching, + several more minutes of copying, screenshotting and pasting everything to Claude or ChatGPT ... And losing about 15 to 30 minutes for any single idea or analysis I want to deeply research like this.
2.) full script writing framework, solved: Script writing is hard. If you want to do it properly, you first need an idea that you then turn into a thumbnail and title that match this idea. Find the burning questions of the viewer. Write a good hook. Transition to your story, keep the viewer engaged all the time by not giving away too much too soon. But still close all the tension loops you opened. And do all of this in a short time with as few words as possible, triggering emotions and matching all of this to your target audience. Oh, and of course matching the video idea you had. And your title. And your thumbnail. But once your script is done, everything else is a piece of cake.
To get there, I used to write for several days (per video) until I had it figured out.
Last year, I used Claude and ChatGPT to help me. So one day of prompt writing and re-prompting and re-doing and re-fining... save me two days of writing without AI.
But now with subscriber, it's a day and night difference:
It takes me through the process step by step. Auto-magically does what I paid thousands of dollars for to learn it in a four-week copywriting bootcamp. Still does it half as good as me without any re-prompting or edits.
And after spending four hours to understand the system and tweaking my brand voice: what used to take me more than one full day per script with other AI tools I can now do in two to three hours per video. The resulting script is much better than everything I could create on my own or with other tools. Not only does it save me a lot of time and gives me some great ideas. Now the remaining work and tweaking and manual work that's still needed is suddenly fun.
I wish I'd known this tool sooner!
3.) Support and active development: The creator of the tool, Gil, does such a great job. When I needed support in the middle of the AppSumo launch, he still answered within just a few hours and solved everything. And even with all the questions on AppSumo, the launch starting, the support questions that other people surely will have asked: When the new AI model Claude Sonnet 3.7 was suddenly released this weekend, he had implemented it less than 20 hours later. And even did some testing before if it would really improve things (once you buy the product, you get access to a discord chat where this update was discussed).
And the road map looks solid. I'm looking forward to the future tweaks and additions to this tool. But I would love it just as much if it would just stay the way it is.
Now that leaves us with just one burning question: Why are you still reading this? Go grab this tool while the deal lasts, or you will be mad at yourself for the rest of the year.
