Hard to use and doesn't follow your prompts
After setting up my account, I found it difficult to figure out how to get started. I have worked to create two scripts. The process is not intuitive, and editing when you're up to the draft stage is difficult to say the least. And the quality of the system following your prompt details is dubious. I asked it write a script for book recommendations for books that would be releasing in June 2025. Of the first 3 that it included, only one had a release date in June of 2025. The others were releasing in July and November of 2025. At the moment, I'm not sure that this will offer any utility to me in my script writing process.

Jun 9, 2025Sorry to hear your experience with Subscribr wasn't a great one :-(
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
If you contact me through the chat bubble in the app, I am of course happy to assist anytime.
Note that Subscribr does not currently auto-research scripts, so a prompt to focus on books released in June 2025 would only be as effective as the research you provide (in this case, making sure to provide research on books that truly are being released in June). I would also encourage you to think of Subscribr less of a system that needs prompting, and more of a workflow that you can provide some initial instructions to and customize using your channel voice settings.
For this kind of script, it may be best to use Ideation Chat to brainstorm the specific books you want to focus on, then use the Save Idea feature to help prepare it for writing a full script reviewing the books. This way Subscribr can help you with the initial instructions for creating your script. You may also want to consider using the Compilation format, which will structure your script into one section for each of the books to cover.
Here are some resources which can help learn the basic scriptwriting workflow, as well as how to use Ideation Chat to brainstorm and save script ideas:
