Why is suitedash really slow?

Okay, so I have been using Suite Dash for over 9 months with a lifetime access plan. At first, I was like "wow" all these features and customization. However, when work started to kick in and I got clients. Suite Dash started to be really slow and unorganized. For example: if I go into a projects, I don't see assigned Invoice or Subscription with the project, or the clients details. I have to go to the menu, find the invoice, find the client etc... Because I'm going back and forth... the system is really slow. like takes a good 9 to 10 seconds to load to go from projects to invoices.

Also, I'm in the UK so suitedash has caused issues within my business. Due to EU laws, Stripe has upgraded their 3D Bank Authentications when payments are made. I asked suitedash 6 months ago, then 3 months ago, and literally last week about upgrading Stripe API 3D Authentication. I've been told, yes, coming weeks or days... yes next month..

It's been 7 months now and my client's subscriptions and invoices are being declined by stripe due to SuiteDash not upgrading the integrations. This left me doing payments manually. Looks really unprofessional from my client's point of view as well. So, my question is, when is the system going to be speeded up, and when is Stripe integration going to happen. Because latetly you have been releasing updates which are not that important compared to payments being declined.

Anyways... hope this gets sorted. I've already been setting up a new system called Agiled, which is very fast, has modern UI/UX same features, and upgraded stripe integration.

Maybe stop releasing updates that are not important and focus on the important stuff like making it faster, payments being accepted properly, and upgrading your UI.

Are there plans to eventually (soon I hope!) integrate other automation platforms other than Zapier?

I am reaching out as I a am bit frustrated.

You have developed a nice platform but it pointless if the features are not working.

I am getting problems all the time that either resolved after some time or take weeks waiting for the Dev Team to find a solution.

We had a discussion on how gentlemen behave in your part of the world and I do believe that you are a gentleman, customer-centric that tries to do his best.

I don't want to believe that these delays are a way to "force" clients to buy the VIP Bundle.

I bought 4 licenses having in mind that one way or another I will have a decent customer support.

I haven't reviewed so far SuiteDash either at Appsumo or elsewhere because I believe that you are doing a great job but I need to use the solution.

I was supposed to send a proposal to a circle but I have to send one by one my document to over 100 people - duplicate, set parameters, finalise and start over from the scratch.

I hope that my issues happened accidentally and I look forward to enjoy what you have promised.

I am 'piggy-backing' off of Theo's post. I bought this months ago. I've been slow to set up, because I'm still setting up content and taking courses for my new coaching/offerings. But I have worked around in SD.

Since SD has rolled out new Power-ups, I've lost components to features that pushes me to have to pay a monthly fee in order to get the functionality that I already had (yes, after my free trial period). I was stunned to see this happen.

I've been working online as a creative social media mgr, proj mgr, and designer (and working towards grief and awakening coaching) for almost 9 years. I have seen a lot of things online that continues to show me who and what I do NOT want to be as I grow. Taking pieces of a software feature away to force people to pay more (after being given full usage after paying your offering on AppSumo) is completely unethical. I even read somewhere that I would always be grandfathered in as the app grows and upgrades (because after this happened, I began researching SD and reviews online).

I had dialogue in the beginning stages with SD, and they were awesome and friendly. This has left me disappointed and confused.

Am I able to change the calendar color so that it matches my website? I have a black background and white letters/numbers.

There is no native capability to achieve this, no.

You may be able to do this via Custom CSS, but we are not able to support this or guarantee that you'll be able to achieve your goals.
