You found Webhooks, which is where the platform really opens up. Most people never get there, and the ones who do figure out that SuiteDash stops being a closed box and starts being a component in whatever they want to build. That's a power user talking, and it's exactly how to get the most out of it.

Since you're already working that way, one technique worth knowing if you haven't found it. Create a Custom Field on the Target and use it as a flag. Your external system writes a value to that field through the Secure API. That change triggers a condition to return "true" via the Dynamic Logic Engine, which fires an Auto-Template against that Target, and inside that Auto-Template you have the full Automations library: create Projects, generate Invoices, assign Circles, start Drip Sequences, share Files, create Tasks.

One inbound call becomes a chain of twenty actions. The Automations layer is much wider than the endpoint list, so instead of asking whether an endpoint exists for a specific action, you set a flag and let the platform's own engine do the work. That's where "near infinite" actually starts.

Worth knowing that this direction is expanding. We have active work happening on MCP right now, which extends that same idea considerably. Instead of you wiring each connection, an A.I. agent reaches into one coherent model of your entire business with every Toolkit already wired to it. If you're already thinking in webhooks, you're going to like where that goes.
