Chaplain TIG (quietlyworking.org)

I purchased in Jan ‘23 and have been watching this team through small business challenges and successes. There have been some growing pains, but I’ve been very happy with the speed of development, the supportive community, and the long-term vision of this product.

I’ve been a Salesforce developer for over a decade and decided to look for a more economical solution for a new nonprofit technical art school we were building (missingpixel.org). To have portals, marketing tools, as well as the back office and CRM functions elevates you into the 30-50k/year area with Salesforce, and that is beyond the budget of not only our NGO, but most small developing businesses. On my search, I found many solutions similar to SuiteDash, but none that publicly stated their plans to continue development vs MA or sell when they grew to a certain level. We were looking for a long-term partner, for our nonprofits, as well as for our clients. For us, SuiteDash has been that Suite Spot (come on I’m an old man… there’s gonst ta be a dad joke in here somewhere.).

I recommend SuiteDash for those small to medium businesses who:
Recognize the value of automation and want to leverage that superpower.
Have begun or recognize their need to develop a clear written SOP. You can’t automate until you’ve clarified each step you take in your processes, and then determined which ones should be automated and which ones need a human touch-point.
Currently have tech support or someone who can assist with implementation. SuiteDash is not a young company, but the product is still in high growth mode, so there are constant updates. That requires a tech person to keep everything running correctly and being updated with new solutions as they arrive.
Willing to trade small hiccups for an approachable price tag. There are issues with products growing this quickly. There’s a reason products considered “Enterprise” are so expensive. We chose SuiteDash because we believe they are truly committed to the long-term vision of what this product can become, and it’s already in a state where it can elevate business processes to nearly magic, which is what great automation looks like to your customers.

That’s my 2 cents.
We run multiple nonprofit orgs and serve students, staff, volunteers, donors, board members and customers all with SuiteDash at the helm. The current development of their API and community, along with the continued improvement of their support system brings me such hope for the SuiteDash solution. I’ve purchased over 20 codes, I’m a very happy customer and a raving fan of the community.
