Close to be perfect, so close
When I found out about Suitedash, I was impressed. It was 2 years ago.
CRM, invoicing/estimates/contracts/, workflow automation, customer portal, everything looked awesome.
Suitedash says they want to help teams and companies. I love it but i wonder if it's really true.
When I bought the deal on 2020, I quickly found out that there were features missing.
I mean, essential features that every companies need...
No time reports on project? No reports at all? (sales, time spent on projects, expenses...)
How can I pay my employees without it?
No budget tab on project? I know we can make a custom field, but why isn't it included as a tab, with time reports, like every project management app does?
It's been 2 years I'm waiting for those features, displayed on the roadmap.
2 years those features are reported.
They, instead, worked on features that AREN'T essential. Like LMS? Seriously?
How is that essential for a company to offer LMS through that app?
I truly truly hope they will get to it soon. I'm lacking of patience right now and am looking to switch on Plutio instead.

May 9, 2024Hi collectifweb,
Thanks for the kind words!!
What I'm hearing is that SuiteDash is nearly perfect, and there are just a few small items that you specifically don't want to live without.
The items you mention are indeed good ones - and yes, they are in our plans.
I hope you have added your feedback & support on https://vote.suitedash.com as that's the correct place to have your voice heard. We are a Community driven platform - we pay close attention to this feedback.
You should know that LMS, which you mention, was a MAJOR request from the Community, and the support for that feature from the Community was LOUD - so much so that it became almost comical at how many times I answered the question "When is LMS coming?" and when the LMS was live, we immediately saw a huge amount of usage in that feature.
I say this to point out that everyone has a feature set that they think is essential, and that can be different for everyone - and no one is wrong - everyone is right! YOU are RIGHT!
Remember we are building a platform that is 10x what others have to build - that presents challenges and forces us to prioritize based on Community feedback. We deploy our resources to build in a logical order based on feedback from the Community.
I truly respect each and every entrepreneur out there, and would love to have a magic wand that made every feature that every person considered essential - but, that's not possible. The next best approach is to follow the priorities of the Community.
I hope you can understand our approach :)
Respectfully,
Mike
