I'm going to admit... I glanced at SuiteDash too quickly at first, and then set it aside. When I took a moment later to dig into how many customer-centric functions it supports, I realized I had missed a big opportunity.

To tell the story, I am an accountant, working on a portal for my clients. I really had to look at the help files to start seeing how it tied everything together... email marketing lists, custom portal website, private messaging, workflows (this is huge), support/help pages, and forms. Basically every potential customer contact point is covered in this package. My clients so far have had no problem logging in and navigating the portal. I also like that I can embed my other clients apps in iframes in portal pages to make this a single point of entry. With white-label, it really does set me ahead of my competitors. Navigation to my portal is seamless from my website.

I believe the PWA (progressive web app) is probably not pushed enough by SuiteDash :) That is a super-cool to be a built-in feature. Maybe it's that is so new to most of us too, but how many solutions would have this ready to go. I use it even for my own mobile access. I believe clients are going to enjoy this a lot as I push this more and more.

The support staff is very responsive. It is by email, but I've even seen them respond on a weekend when a critical function needed attention. Everything I have asked for so far has been resolved.

I am anxiously awaiting a few features, but I realize in a product like this it will take some time to balance all of the requests. Hoping for:

- Google Drive integration for attaching files from my company storage.
- E-sign fields as a form fields (you can currently have them on proposals)
- PDF upload forms to fill (like say a W4 or I9 to have filled out) - right now I can fill this out in PDFFiller and send back to the SuiteDash account through Zapier - I also know this is a huge request in terms of programming so it may be a long time before this could be added
- More options for Flows - there are some awesome automation options, but would like to see conditional flows etc.

Overall, SuiteDash will make you look polished to your clients and customers. I would highly recommend you consider this deal and multiple codes!!
