Hands down the best buy I've made on Appsumo and has replaced or consolidated nearly all of my tools. I've had it less than a month and have already been treated to a clutch of new features added. It is growing all the time and is already very good. I on boarded within a few hours and it took another day or so of learning the ropes to get quite proficient. The tech support is great, there is a strong community building up and the options are endless. I am using this in place of Dubsado for a coaching business, with only two teeny workarounds while I watch the road map roll out the two features I need to make it 100% seamless. My clients approve and my life is easier. Plus it seems like a good company with a very hands on team. Here's what I am using it for but this is by no means all it can do:
- package payment (including one off and payment plans)
- contract signing
- intake form
- private client portal with filing system
- private messaging to clients
-invoicing
-automated transactional emails
- automated email drip campaigns
- lead funnel to newsletter list
- marketing (still to set up but looks straight forward)
-CRM for clients, leads and other contacts, complete with notes and ability to schedule appointments
-LMS (still to set up but have poked around and it is easy)
-consolidating and storing business files and notes
- all can be tracked with integrated google analytics fields, I'll get to that eventually
- webinar funnel to come

They only thing I'm really waiting on is the two-way calendar sync and this is in progress, so I expect it any day now. Until then, I'm integrated Tidycall which is doing the job just fine.

The templates are basic but that's ok for me. I am sure with time they will improve and in the meantime I am making good use of what is there and quite happy with the result.

They also respond very quickly to wished-for features. I've seen a number rise up the priority pages just in the short time I've been a Suitedasher.
