Good news - 90% of the features you say are missing actually exist! And, thanks for the kind words!

**Custom Field Filtering:** We have Advanced Filtering that allows you to filter by Custom Fields with complex conditions. Documentation: https://help.suitedash.com/article/442-advanced-filtering

**Automation Wait/Delays:** We have this - it's called Schedules. You can set delays between actions, essentially creating dripped Automations. Documentation: https://help.suitedash.com/article/568-automations-schedules

So what you described as "missing" is already there - it's just a matter of finding it in the platform.

As for filtering for contacts WITHOUT a tag - that's a fair point and something I'm noting.

**On Speed:** We've made significant improvements in this area and are actively using AI and other advanced technologies to get things running even faster. This is an ongoing priority for us.
