It does so much and I've only used a part of it.
I’ve had SuiteDash since 2020 and have mainly used it for invoicing, proposals, contracts, and the client portal. It does so much more, but I simply haven’t had the time to set everything else up.
One feature I really appreciate is the history it keeps around each client’s billing. I can check whether an invoice notification or reminder was sent, see if the invoice was viewed, and confirm when a payment was made. That helps me know whether I need to follow up without searching through emails or trying to remember what happened.
I’ve set up the client portal so my clients can see their invoices and payment history, but I haven’t opened up the other features yet. I also like being able to pull the payment reports my bookkeeper needs.
Someday soon, I need to choose another part of SuiteDash and finally put it to work! But for what I’ve used over the past six years, it has worked very well and has been worth the purchase. Five tacos from me.

That is the right sentence, and six years of invoicing, proposals, contracts, and the Client Portal already paying for themselves is the proof. You did not try to stand up the whole platform. You ran the process that mattered and it held.
The billing history you described is one of my favorite quiet features, because it is not a report you go hunting for. It is the Invoice telling you the truth. Notification sent. Reminder sent. Viewed. Paid. You stop reconstructing the story from your inbox, and your bookkeeper gets a payment report instead of a pile of forwards. That only works because the Invoice, the Contact, and the Portal are the same record. Your Clients see their own history for the same reason.
When you do pick the next piece, pick one process that is still costing you time and build just that, end to end. Not a tour of the unused tabs. Once one more workflow is live, the one after that takes half as long. Custom Menus help here: hide everything you are not using so the next Toolkit is the only thing in front of you.
2020 to 2026, same four Toolkits, still worth it, five tacos. That is a real review.
