My thoughts on SuiteDash
It really is good software. It can feel a little overwhelming when you first start however this is due to just how much functionality the team have crammed in. I use the portal for our clients, we manage contacts and deals, have a public an internal facing meeting booker, set up communities and public facing forms.
You get the hang of the "thinking" behind things quite quickly. Also, the team have been very responsible when I have reached out on a couple of things. Well done to the SuiteDash team.

That's the sentence that matters, and it's the thing most people miss. The learning is not really about features. It's about the logic underneath, and once that clicks the rest follows fast. If you want more of it, the First Principles series is built entirely around that idea:

You're also running a wide slice of the platform already. Client Portal, Contacts, Deals, public and internal booking, Communities, public Forms. The fact that all of those share one unified database is what keeps it manageable rather than turning into six systems you have to reconcile.
Thanks for the note about the team being responsive. I'll pass that along, they'll appreciate hearing it.
Thanks,
Mike
