NO SUPPORT
There is no support if you get stuck on using this software which you will guaranteed you will not get any support countless emails sent 0 response. I assume it’s because we’re LTD customers otherwise how would it have survived this long.
Didn’t bother building a business around a software that doesn’t offer support.
Aware of this if you get stuck your on your own.

In the nicest possible way... this is 100% not possible and not true. We answer every single email and take enormous pride in the amount of work we put in to support our customers - LTD and retail alike, no difference whatsoever.
How would it be possible that there are many hundreds of reviews on this exact site and many others (G2 & Capterra) talking about how great the support is and how great the Help Team is... and somehow they skipped over every email that you sent?
I understand you're frustrated, but this is not logical. I will guarantee that there is an explanation that involves emails being sent back to you getting filtered by some spam filter or other upstream filtering mechanism, and that's why you think you didn't get any response.
If you are interested in continuing with us, please send an email to [email protected] and mention that Mike asked you to email and investigate why it seems you didn't get any replies from the Help Team. We'll take it from there. We'll make sure to email you from several different accounts if that's what it takes until we get a positive response, and that will help us understand what's going on here.
We genuinely want to help you. Let's figure this out together :)
