So much value packed into SuiteDash
While I have not even scratched the surface of all that SuiteDash can do for our business, there is no doubt that it will handle most, if not all, of the daily processes we currently cobble together across countless other apps and subscriptions. Just the ability to give our clients their own portal to access (and way nicer than our current vendor's offering) that we can customize is worth the price of admission alone. One thing you don't see until after you've made the purchase is that Suite Dash offers its clients discounted upgrades on many/most of the improvements they are making that aren't included in the AppSumo deal (though many upgrades do automatically apply). I don't think that the team at Suite Dash ever sleeps. They are constantly moving the needle forward with this product. I don't think they're ever going to stop either!!

Aug 13, 2026Thank you for this one. "Worth the price of admission alone" for the client portal made me smile, because that is exactly the reaction we're after. The portal is the piece most people underestimate until their clients start using it and the frantic email threads just stop.
On the team never sleeping... we do sleep, and you should too. But, we practice what we preach. Systems, processes, automations and A.I. run as much of our own operation as we can hand to them, so the human hours go to the work that actually needs a human. That's the same thing SuiteDash is built to do for YOUR business, and it's a large part of why the pace looks the way it does from the outside.
We are not selling software. We're selling success!
Everything we do is built around that. The documentation, the training videos, the Community, the Help Team, the First Principles series. None of that is a support cost we tolerate. It's the actual product. Software that sits there unused helps nobody, so our company is designed to help you succeed at using it. That's also why our podcast is called Succeed with Software rather than something about features.
And since you mentioned only scratching the surface, that's the honest state of things for almost everyone at this stage, so here's the advice I'd give: don't try to replace all those cobbled-together apps at once. Pick the single process costing you the most time right now, build it end to end, use it for a couple of weeks, then come back for the next one. Nobody ever regrets that order.
Thanks,
Mike
