Bought the 6 codes so I'd have 1TB of storage and room to grow. I've spent about 160 hours trying to get this working since last november (weekends and holidays too!) and what a waste of time. I'm so disappointed. Today I've given up. The load times are so slow I'd never let any customer see this mess (I develop websites and they'd run away from me if I sent them to this portal).

I have been trying to use as a back office type set up where only my staff would input and keep track of things but today... today... unresponsive. More so than usual. I am now thinking about how to export data to another platform(s)

They've supposedly had a decade to try and get this off the ground but they are still flailing around.

Do yourself a favor and get something else because you'll only waste a lot of time setting it up and then when you're ready to use it, it won't work. You'll feel all the feelings I feel right now and, believe me, they are not good.

I have tried to give them time but they've become unresponsive in their support. I don't think they can afford to keep developing anymore and server costs are eating them up 'cuz they don't have premium bandwidth and not much has changed.
