That's the qualifier I wish appeared in every review. It tells the right person to jump in and the wrong person to keep looking, which serves everybody better than a blanket recommendation would.

Accountability and keeping things in flow is a good way to put it too. Most people think of a platform as a place to store things. What you described is a system that actually moves work forward, which is a different thing entirely.
