We are not selling software. We're selling success. Empowered to build your dream firm is exactly the outcome we're after, and it's why the documentation and onboarding videos get as much attention as the features do. Software sitting unused helps nobody.

Your title is fair, by the way. We haven't thought of everything, and we won't. But you named the right thing: there's a process or a flow for nearly everything a business needs, and where there isn't one yet, we're building toward it. That's a better promise than pretending we're finished.

Glad the navigation tool is helping. That one exists precisely because knowing what to build next is harder than building it.
