This is a WIN
I have had a pretty great experience with Suitedash. I know several people that use it and they have had nothing but excellent reviews so I decided to try it for myself. To be clear tend to steer clear of all-in-one platforms because I worry that they will do a lot of things, but do none of them very well. I can say that this is not the case with SuiteDash. When I began adding up what I I was paying for each service to get the same outcome with SuiteDash, it only made sense to give it a try.
Being able to chart on my customers in the same system that I invoice them makes things less confusing for me. I also have the ability to send my waivers and house them in a secure place. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I am not a highly techie person. Toggling between systems and remembering numerous passwords was something I was totally looking forward to getting away from.
SuiteDash also has a very responsive customer support the team. They have been quick in responding to questions about its capabilities. Like I said, I am not techie. For this reason, I have experienced some struggle with the learning curve. They do provide videos to watch and learn all of the features. I can’t stress enough how important it is to dedicate some time to watching the videos and learning the functionality that would best serve your business instead of focusing on everything it can accomplish all at one time. Also take your time you may not get around to using all of the features at once; implement the ones that solve an immediate need in your business. The ability to add usage of the others is always there. I found as I am working through making this my only platform that I have to approach it as a phased in initiative. They really do a lot.
I’m so excited about them rolling out the learning management system. The value that this option alone brings to the platform is worth its weight in gold. SuiteDash also has a commitment to growth that is unparrallel. They’ve continuously rolled out features that will improve the customer experience as well as the business client experience. They have great communication. If you’re not a techie person just cutting down the number of learning curves is an added absolute value to me.
