PLUS:

This app has certainly spotted a pain point I have. I am looking for a good white-spaced client portal. Additions of appointment booking, file requests, etc. are great additions.

MINUS

1. Sadly, every button I clicked caused the page to go through a load sequence which takes a few seconds. I have a very fast internet connection. This severely limited my ability to play with, explore, and perhaps integrate this system with my workflow. It made it almost unusable, except if I had lots of time, which they note their audience doesn't have.

2. The UI design is very mudane, and the brand cluttered. I do like to use tools that feel top-of-class, and this doesn't. The core skeleton looked okay, but they could do with hiring a brand expert and a UI designer to improve the overall feel. Or take a leaf out of AppSumo's originals where they keep everything very simple and have a sleek, modern unfussy UI treatment (See TidyCal or SendFox), that even though the tool is basic, you love because its simple and clean. (A note is that TidyCal's logo is better than Sendfox, but their UI is from the same family, and there UX is kick-ass simple. Takes 10 seconds to learn those tools and feel comfortable)
