1. Customers fill up the form and download into pdf for physical signing. 2. Customer require to sign and attach back the signed form to the portal. 3. The document is only consider complete after customer attached the signed form.

In short: there is no straightforward way to do it, but you can plug an external tool like crove.app to Superdocu with our Zapier integration to achieve what you want.
