There are just under 50 currently and we're planning out new characters all the time and take feedback from users on that. One of the things that comes up is some older characters for brand ambassador type roles so we're working on putting those together now.

For the moment, you cannot create your own but we're working on a few systems to streamline the process and potentially make that possible. One of the key issues I see with services that let you create your own is that it takes away the control of what goes into the training and that can have a dramatic output on the quality produced which can lead to a ton of support and users who just say it sucks because of that.

Education is so important with any new technology and we feel like with our process of doing these trainings in house at the moment, we're learning and honing our skills and craft on the character creation front. I believe our creations are of an extremely high quality and if we can get to a point to replicate that in a UI for users to take advantage of and add their own, then that would be the dream, we're not quite there yet though!
