Q: Could LTD users get a monthly Gem allowance, or can Gem prices at least be lowered to match the competition?
I must deliver the highest quality to my clients, which means I strictly need to use the latest top-tier models. Unfortunately, the new "Gems" system makes Supermachine significantly more expensive per image than competitors like Higgsfield. For us early adopters who invested in a lifetime deal back then, this feels very disappointing.
Could the team consider offering a monthly allotment of free...
You promised updates... but instead we got blocked behind a paywall. Can't access any of the new models as promised, and no API access at Tier Level 2, though we were promised all new features. Please explain why those who supported you from the beginning are now left in the dust. Supermachine is virtually unusable now. And your SuperMachine NextGen doesn't allow reference images, though it acts like it does on your landing page. Those outputs are also sub-par. Very disappointed.

A: Hello, I am unsure where you saw level 2 getting API access, that was never the case and we always explained that it required 3 stacks or more. That was the deal from the start so claiming it wasn't is disingenuous.
We keep adding new models in terms of the open-source offering and the licensed offering plus video. Supermachine NextGen is an excellent model as are a lot of the other models we...
Indeed, the reason you have lasted is that you took money from all the LTD buyers and then left us all hanging with an unusable product. I expect businesses to have integrity. You can gaslight us if you like, but there is still a God in heaven who sees and knows all.
other ltds now have nano banana unlimited. there platforms are so huge because they listened to customers and they have more money than you because all the customers are leaving platforms like yours
You make Gem because of license , but flux hasn't license no ? Why there is Flux and Flux reality for LTD , and all the update of Flux , 2.0 etc are only available with gems ?? Make no sense . Flux if is licenced should only be with Gem , or if not licenced , should be full available for LTD. I take tier 4 and what a disaster to not be able to access to the update of flux . So please make flux all update available for LTD has of the original deal

A: The original Flux was using the models which did not require a license. All the Flux 2 models listed do require a paid license. No ill-intent here.
you get always the exact same result (pixel by pixel) - try yourself. DPM++2M should look slightly different than Euler
can you fix it please?

A: Please shoot us an email [email protected] with which model you are using and the outputs and I'll get the team to look at this. The deal has long ended here so we don't look at this regularly for support. All support should be directed via email / contact in the product.
