Q: New version not working - can't login
I bought a LTD last year when we had the older version. It now asks to reset my password to connect tihe new version, but I never receive the password reset email.
I tried to reach you by mail, no answer so far.
Are older LTD's not supposed to access the new version and should we contact Appsumo to solve this out?

Aug 19, 2025A: Contact us via support and we'll answer. We do check support regularly and clear it entirely. Appsumo customers have access to both the new and old versions.
