A: Hello, I am unsure where you saw level 2 getting API access, that was never the case and we always explained that it required 3 stacks or more. That was the deal from the start so claiming it wasn't is disingenuous.

We keep adding new models in terms of the open-source offering and the licensed offering plus video. Supermachine NextGen is an excellent model as are a lot of the other models we offer. If a closed-source model provider requires us to pay them for every generation, we pass that onto users, it is the same for our monthly / annual subscribers as it is for LTD users.

It seems a lot of the negativity here is due to LTD users wishing we offered something which would be too good to be true, bankrupt the business and put us out of business in a few months rather than actually running a sustainable deal. We would then get messages calling us scam for shutting down. What do you prefer, a deal which lasts and continues to improve for the long run or a business that shuts down and your LTD then truly does go to zero?

Considering we are already coming up to 4 years old, we have lasted a lot longer than most LTD and we continue to improve the product. Thousands of our users continue to see value in what we have but a vocal minority seem to wish us ill-will.
