I purchased a lifetime deal in 2023 and activated my account in Jan 2023 itself. To my surprise my account is deactivated and i am not able to login. If i invested and purchased a life time deal then I should have this account active all the time. Surprise and not happy on this. Can anyone help me on this as my id is a1smartuk@gmail.com with name artists name as sumitsingh. Also why this is happening as it is risk for customer to buy this service if their account will be deactivated.
