Q: Portals Down / Website Down

Trying not to panic here but I have a ton of work on SuperOkay and it’s completely down. The main informational site never went down for me but once you click to go to app.superokay or even help.superokay it’s completely down. You get the white screen. It’s like any subdomain of SuperOkay is broken. I hunted around to try and find a way to contact them to let them know and didn’t have a lot of luck. I tried to join the Facebook group even and haven’t heard back. I sure hope they are working on this since a lot of us have used this product and have invested a lot of time and money into it. Please just someone from SuperOkay reach out and let us know you are on this and all of our data is good and will be back up soon!

Q: The "Settings" and the "+New Project" buttons are missing in my account dashboard.

Hello, I got a SuperOkay account which I purchased just last year. I noticed that the "Settings" and the button that allows me to create a new project is missing. I previously sent a message on your support chatbot but have not received any reply. I am currently unable to use the platform. I would appreciate it if this can be fixed soonest. Looking forward to your reply.
