Trying not to panic here but I have a ton of work on SuperOkay and it’s completely down. The main informational site never went down for me but once you click to go to app.superokay or even help.superokay it’s completely down. You get the white screen. It’s like any subdomain of SuperOkay is broken. I hunted around to try and find a way to contact them to let them know and didn’t have a lot of luck. I tried to join the Facebook group even and haven’t heard back. I sure hope they are working on this since a lot of us have used this product and have invested a lot of time and money into it. Please just someone from SuperOkay reach out and let us know you are on this and all of our data is good and will be back up soon!
All portals gone. Weeks ago, when I logged in, my malware protection program kept warning me not to visit the site. I use Malwarebytes. I can't ask my customers to log in like this. I cancelled my AppSumo membership after I realized I couldn't use the 7 deals I had already purchased. I haven't saved anything if you factor in the time spent learning how to use various tools that no longer exist.
My clients do not need a main page @mduff > My clients require access to their data in order to check the work we have done and then pay my invoices. I have not received a single message informing me of planned maintenance work or server relocation, etc. / Trust has been lost, so I cannot work. Especially now, at the end of the month, when all clients are checking. I'm standing there like an idiot
I'm in the same boat, trust me. I'm also about to onboard a substantial client and scrambling to find an alternative solution so I don't look like an idiot. All my eggs are in one basket and the lack of communication on whatever is taking place is unacceptable.

I'm not getting any warnings on my end. I use Sentinel One and that's pretty darn good. Malwarebytes is also excellent for what it does, perhaps it's in an integration you have enabled or iframe, extension, outbound link, etc.? Definitely something to communicate with the developers if you can get a response. That start before or after they went down? Good luck!

Hello, I got a SuperOkay account which I purchased just last year. I noticed that the "Settings" and the button that allows me to create a new project is missing. I previously sent a message on your support chatbot but have not received any reply. I am currently unable to use the platform. I would appreciate it if this can be fixed soonest. It's so frustrating and worrying since the support is unreachable and I have no idea what is happening with the website...
