Q: Display images from links?
Hi! I am intrigued, but on the fence. Can the chatbot show rich links or product images? Say If it was a bot on Apple's website, could it on request show a productphoto and link in the chat?

That is fantastic. So if there is a product "catalog" on the clients website, the bot can show that image from the url without "any" setup?

Unfortunately, it may not be automatic. To be sure it shows a product card you must add the specific question and answer, or you have to use function calling and write a code.
