Yes you can use it on all of your websites within a single AppSumo purchase and account. You will also be able to see from what website a user is writing you and you can customize chat design, and more settings for each website.
Only OpenAI models are supported. You can bring your own OpenAI key (no extra costs) or you can use our own ready to use...

I appreciate your quick response. To elaborate on question/answer 2. Are there different knowledge bases available in the reseller plan? As how I would use it as a reseller is others would upload their own knowledge base of their company. Since there is only 1 knowledge base could you kindly explain what the usecase is as a reseller? As for 7.: Is there a trial period for the reseller plan?

I just bought your software (4 credits) but nothing seems to work. I have tried to get support but it keeps asking me to log in and when I do it says invalid email or password. I have no problem logging in to my dashboard with the same user info. I can't locate the app that I created. I really want to use your product it is not working at all like was marketed. I can't even add a user. How do I reach support??

Still a bit confused, let says I have more than 10 website, can I use the unlimited Tier? Agents means chatbot or people accessing the backend?

Aug 25, 2026A: Hi, only one for all AppSumo Plans. You have to buy a new plan and use a new dedicated account for each client/business.
If instead you simply want to show the same chat under same account on multiple websites, you can do that, there is no limit.

2. Tutti i messaggi aumentato il conteggio: chatbot, utenti, agenti/admin
3. I backup sono gestiti internamente da noi, possiamo inviare una copia del database su richiesta
4. Si e' possibile e abbastanza semplice. L'unica parte complicata e' la migrazione di file e allegati.
5. Si support lifetime (ma limitato)
6. Non e' ancora confermato.
