Q: Can AppSumo Plan 2 Be Used on Separate Domains with Different Agents?

Does the AppSumo Plan 2 license allow me to deploy Support Board on more than one domain, each with its own agent/chatbot, under the same license? Or would I need to purchase a separate license for each domain?

Additionally, if some of these domains belong to different projects but are managed under the same company, would that still require multiple licenses?

I’d appreciate your clarification on this so I can choose the most appropriate plan for our needs.

A: Hello!

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
