A: Hi you can do that but there is some limitation as the admin is one and global. Anyway you can group conversations, users and agents by departments. You can change design for each website via Settings > Automations > Design and other things. The main "issue" is the chatbot. You can create only one OpenAI chatbot that is trained via Support Board, but you can create unlimited OpenAI Assistant chatbots(see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-assistant for more details). Each assistant can be linked to a different department and website.

Q: Do you support Google's Conversational Agents?

I understand you are integrated with Dialogflow , but need to know whether you support latest Google's Conversational Agents?
There are 3 - Dialogflow ES which is the oldest. Dialogflow CX which camefew years ago, and now Google's Conversational Agents. Do you support only the first one or all of these?

Q: Can it be used in the field of online education

Hi, I teach at an online college. Recently, the admins decided that we are required to have synchronous online office hours, which I personally think is ridiculous. I created a Google Voice number for this purpose and plan to communicate via texting.

Would it be possible to feed the assignment directions, and other requirements, such as APA formatting, and other possible questions that a typical student (who doesn't bother to read) might ask and have this respond to the student?
