My experience so far is awesome, everything works fine. Overall all features are clean ans simple. Sure, here and there they could improve the onboarding (maybe linking more help articles or help tooltips right inside the settings area). But e.g. my WhatsApp integration was set up fast and works perfectly, the multichannel support Board has all the features I need. This said, I hope the company will manage to stay healthy after the Appsumo and get enough ARR to survive and thrive! 🫰
