Great App!
Excellent app and featureset, just look forward to some enhancements/updates to make this the killer app on AppSumo:
- ChatGPT 4-o support
- Ability to change notification sounds
- Ability to popup chats on available agents instead of picking from unibox

- You can already change the sound (admin side only)
- You can already do it from Settings > Chat > Agents menu but currently all agents are always shown. We added your request and we will implement it in the future.
