I think this is a tool that has not had all the attention it deserves. It's a great deal.
The chat tool is very complete and after a few hours looking at the documentation and customizing the options you can get it working according to your needs.
It also has multiple integrations, help center, webhooks, emailing, etc.
I think there are some details where it can still be fine-tuned, but the good news is that every time I have needed support, they are there to answer and help.
