Great range of functionalities for small-medium business owners
๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ: Bought the 1st tier license - I'm a small business owner (with a bit of wordpress & html knowledge) with a woocomerce store - I needed a basic chatbot on my wordpress website to make announcements and provide some basic support before it connects to my mobile to respond to leads in time.

The first setup of the chat was done really easily (1-2mins) - pasting in a script on the backend of wordpress site (you can use a plugin like 'headers and footers' or if your theme allows a script to go before your pages body tag). This then allows you to chat on your website using the support board dashboard - with no bot.
The 'support board' dashboard was easy to use to check and chat with messages.
The settings section gets a bit more technical (for a solopreneur like myself), but does have a handy extensive list of documentation which helped - but was at times a little technical & confusing for someone with little background in this field. With a bit of effort & research though I managed to setup a basic dialogflow chat bot (googles free chatbot). I've also managed to connect with Instagram and Facebook messenger... Whatsapp app has been a little more difficult as you have to develop an app.The best part was realising I could add intents (keywords) to dialogflow chat bot with bot responses straight from the support board chat area (so you can quickly upgrade how good your bot chats to customers!).

The developer has been very responsive and got back to me twice in less than a day. There has been some downtime today for the first time but it's backup again (assuming it's just a on-off maintenence issue). I believe you can also pay for elements to be developed ( I've taken the hard road as i'm a self funded startup with little funding & more time!).

I've definately bought my business an amazing deal. It's been a little tough on the technical journey side. But WELL WORTH ALL THE FEATURES INTEGRATING into one - It has a lot more feautures that I haven't explored - as I don't need them at the moment (from department id's and emails), but I can definately see the business growing with this product (I was comparing this to the 'wotnot' deal and I'm super glad I chose the hard road but extensive feautures of 'Support Board') . ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐จ๐ฌ! However I've given this 4 as I think this could be on par with products like 'appmysite' if the documentation had video tutorials for each section (basic vid guide to a diagflow chat bot would be great too!). If this levels up to 'appmysite' style documentation then i'm sure this would be a hit for many (if not all!) small-medium business & freelancers etc. I can only highly recommend them and hope we get video documentation. Otherwise no complaints - just impressed. Thank you for your hard work in making this possible for small businesses ๐
