I had some initial issues with getting Dialogflow, OpenAI and WhatsApp connected, which resulted in a few hours of frustration and a 2 taco review for the team.

After getting email support from the Board Support team I managed to resolve two of the three issues in under an hour, and now my site has a chatbot working that I just need to train to match my business.

I am now happy that I bought this deal as I can see it being a useful asset in my businesses going forward.

Also, they are releasing an impressive update that auto trains the chatbot with OpenAI, which should save me some much needed time manually training it by myself.

The only thing it could do with is a mobile app for quicker access and management. However, the web app is mobile optimised so it’s easy to manage compared to other deals I’ve bought in the past.
