Just looks outdated and feels clunky

I wasn't able to get very far with this product because the user interface felt clunky, outdated, and unintuitive. From the start, it required a surprising amount of setup just to even begin testing it out. That became the dealbreaker for me.

Most modern chat apps let you get up and running quickly so you can evaluate whether it fits your needs before investing too much time. Here, I had to configure every little detail before I could even see how it worked—and that just didn’t feel worth the effort.

A user interface this dated is hard to overlook. It feels like something built by developers for developers, without much thought given to usability or onboarding. Maybe there's a powerful tool under the hood, but without a better UI and user experience, it's going to be difficult for most users to even give it a fair shot.

For me, that’s the biggest issue. If the interface doesn’t improve, I don’t see how this can keep up with modern chatbot tools. The functionality might be there, but it’s buried under a poor user experience.

1. The UI is not outdated and follows current industry standards. That said, we acknowledge that some areas, such as the Settings section, could be made more user-friendly, and this is something we continue to improve.

2. Getting started takes less than a minute: you can register in a few seconds, copy the chat widget embed code, paste it into your website, and you’re ready to go. If you want to enable the chatbot, simply activate it via the checkbox and it will work out of the box. Naturally, more advanced configurations may require additional time.
