Lots of problems - can't rely on it
I was very excited about it and I REALLY wanted it to work. But there are just too many bugs and the UX is a nightmare: adding hundreds of configuations without proper descriptions.
AI bot was completely unusable for us. It doesn't even work properly on their own site. Also, you will have to pay extra for that - fine but make it clear in the offer!
No ticketing system whatsoever and no intention to build one.
Founder will get defensive if you point out issues and won't listen properly. IMO this is a cashcow without big ambition. Might be fine for some tiny SMBs but if you think if replacing intercom with it - stay away! It got us into lots of trouble and we wasted a ton of time.

1. Although it is basic, we do have a ticket system, and you can check out a demo at https://board.support/tickets-demo
2. Our chatbot is functioning well.
3. OpenAI and Google services are not free; you must pay for their usage. While we do offer a few credits at our expense, we cannot cover costs indefinitely. Additionally, a one-time purchase like this AppSumo deal cannot be a "cash cow" by definition; it is actually an extremely affordable deal.
