I discovered Support Board after looking for more accessible and widely-featured live chat app. I had Tidio so far, but a lot of limitations and not possible to use with free plan both app and website.

Support Board is easy (some improvements to be done, but normal and I see a lot potential), has core settings......AND IT WORKS. Even support is reactive.

I will look into them to make more collaboration!
