This is a very complex software with many features and functionality. With that said, I do not mean it is complex in terms of hard to understand or use. I mean it is complex as in it has many ways it can be utilized. The UI is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. The support docs seem to have most everything laid out in an easy-to-read and follow style and have been very helpful. I am currently in the process of getting the software set up and have run into quite a few questions for my specific use case. General questions on how to get the functionality I need from it for my business. Support has responded to all my questions within 24 hours, even on weekends. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend giving this software a try.
