To be honest, I've still only used around 20% of the features of Support Board, so can't give a complete review. However, what I use & see is very promising and I'm looking forward to full utilisation. I tend to use only what I need when I make a purchase, just in case [wink], then, if all is still good, I then invest more of my time and enthusiasm accordingly. I have to say that I am certainly looking forward to fully using SB in anger. I have used various other free and paid services and none so far have fulfilled my need, or they get taken over, they change, they charge more, they reduce services, they die, etc. Fingers crossed that this is the one, but so far it's looking good. I will update in the near future as I become more at one with SB.
