I’m interested in Support Genix but don’t use WordPress.

My setup includes:
• A Webflow marketing site (forms for general inquiries)
• A custom Node.js app (authenticated users)

I’d like to confirm:
1. Do you offer a public API to manage tickets, users, and messages?
2. Can tickets be created programmatically from my app?
3. Do you support webhooks for ticket events?
4. Can your system be used or embedded outside WordPress?
5. Can we pass custom metadata (e.g., user ID, plan)?

Goal: send tickets from both Webflow forms and my app.
