ABTechQ: Screen Record?
Hi there! I’m new to your product and managed to successfully grab a video from YouTube. However, I’m facing an issue when trying to grab content from a website. I noticed that your product also supports screen recording with audio. I downloaded the code to the same computer where I’m currently using it, but it doesn’t work. I can only keep 1 minute of the recording. Could you please help me understand if I’m doing something wrong, if this is a different code, or if it’s simply not supported with this LTD?

Just to clarify, SurFast Video Downloader and SurFlex Screen Recorder are two separate paid products. Purchasing SurFast Video Downloader only gives you access to the video downloader — it doesn't include screen recording features.
If you're interested in SurFlex Screen Recorder, you can purchase a Pro license on our website to unlock the full version.
