May 25, 2024A: Dear User, if I understand it correctly, you want a single survey to run across 6 units, and you want different report specific to these six different units. Yes this is possible. On Dashboard you can apply filter and see the exploratory data view (completely interactive) or you can see the responses across (apply filter for a given unit), or statistical view or trends view.
Q: Greetings, for reliable sending of emails from Survey Analytica we need SPF or DKIM or DMARC settings.
Which of these settings do we have available and what are the values for the settings?

May 15, 2024A: Dear User, we currently support email identities only and not domain identities in sending email. Only one email identity per account is allowed currently. For registering your email identity, simply open the email creator and in the from field register your email id. Please ensure to provide the correct email id there as a verification email is sent to the email id provided.

May 15, 2024A: Dear Tamica, Yes this is possible using conditions in flows. Pick a question based on which you would like to use a different template in the condition., in the action associated to these conditions simply have different templates.
