I was looking for alternatives to Qualtrics and started using SurveySensum last week. I able to bulk upload data from my database and construct a quick survey to our list of clients to get feedback on their Customer Experience. The mapping of the data was super simple.
Deliverability on the first campaign was great and the reporting function is clean. It's been quite easy to pick up and the analysis of Reponses is also quite robust.
I had one challenge i couldn't figure out and reached out to Survey Sensum customer support. Tanuj reached back to me and spent time with me over a google meet to not only help me figure out how to get a type of report that I wanted, but also some other useful feedback.
Great tool, great support....picking up this one is a no brainer for anyone looking to analyze client feedback in a meaningful way.
