Q: Do we still pay Stripe's payment fee?
If so, the 1% mentioned is on top of the Stripe fee?
Do payments accepted outside of Swell count toward revenue limits?

Yes, the Stripe fee is a separate fee. All valid payments (even manual payments) are considered as revenue and will be added to your revenue limits.
