I have three separate side-hustles that do not come close to the listed $75k limit in tier 1. I do not use WooCommerce as its more than what I need for general services and this looks like a solid and portable alternative. Can I use Tier 1 for all three projects or do I need to buy three separate codes, one for each?
Also, how do we embedded your store in a WP website?
Lastly, will you support Deskera?

You can use just one account, and use the one included storefront for one store and self-host the other 2 stores.
In this setup, all your products will be under one dashboard.
We do not have anything on the roadmap right now about WP. While we do not have any official integration, you would be able to make use of our API to use WP as a front-end, but it would require development resources to do it. We'll be launching an App/Theme store next year and you could find this integration there.
For Deskera, Though we don't have a native integration with it yet, as mentioned, we'll be launching our App/Theme store by next year which you might be seeing this integration there.
If we have a self-hosted site and a swell-hosted site on the same account, can each site have different payment methods or do they both need to use the same stripe account?

It will use the same Stripe account since it's connected to one back end. We're working on a multi-store feature that will enhance this payment gateway restriction.
